Layered in Graphite (mech pencil) and Sharpie Marker. All originals done on 14x17 Bristol board paper.

These were done for my man Kasra. A new friendship was made from these commissions. Kasra, thanks for all the support my man. You have given me a new spring in my step with the ops and respect you have given me since we came to meet.

I had no idea who MODOK was until Kasra asked me to do these pieces. To my surprise he ended up being a very in depth fun character to work with. Originally I was to do one drawing in pen and ink, but I felt I could do a much stronger drawing mixing ink and pencil and here is what we got out of it. The commission ended up being 4 drawings of MODOK as somewhat
of a narrative, but not really. Each drawing was to show MODOK in different states of a confrontation so to speak.

1-MODOK smug and confident in his demeanor knowing he 'dah man
2-MODOK confronted with anger ticked off and ready to throw down and whoop some arse
3-MODOK frightened in realization he was about to get his arse whooped upon
4-MODOK beaten down in agony with a shattered ego

Yeah, I should post some of this on FB, you've probably noticed I don't have much on there.

Haven't posted in a while here either, kind of a lurker and just comment and check out stuff. Working on a lot of private stuff, and other. I'll get around to it, posting more.
